Do you still serve tea in china cups?

We have our economic china cups of tea and coffee for just £1.50. We also have a fresh selection of herbal teas and artisan coffees.

Can you bring in your own food and drink?

You cannot bring your own food and drink into the Cinema – we have a selection of food and drink which is reasonably priced for you to purchase on-site.

How old do you have to be to use a teen ticket?

Teen tickets are for 13-19 year olds

Do you still play the National Anthem before the film?

Yes, we do play the National Anthem before the film, with the exception of the children’s morning matinees.

How do I find out how much a ticket costs?

Our ticket prices can be found on our Cinema Tickets page located at the top of the website.

Can I buy tickets online?

Tickets can be bought online – there is a booking fee of 50p if purchased via the site

Can I still buy tickets at the cinema?

Yes, you can buy the tickets at the cinema or through our website

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, you can pay by both card or cash.

How do I get a refund?

Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable under our terms and conditions. However, if you wish to amend a booking due to an error please attend the venue (Box office) with your reservation (booking confirmation email) and a staff member will assist you to swap your tickets to an alternative published screening time subject to availability. Please ensure you attend the venue at least 24 hours prior to the start of the film on your reservation, after this time we may be unable to swap tickets for you.

Do you still have OAP ticket prices?

Yes, we do have reduced priced tickets for children, students and OAPs.

Are you open every day?

No, we are closed on Mondays. We don’t have matinees every week, but when we do they are £5.99 including a cup of tea and a biscuit, and children’s matinees sometimes on Saturday and Sunday mornings for £3.99 for both children and adults.

Do you have hearing loop systems for the deaf and hard of hearing?

We don’t have a hearing loop system in place at the moment, but hopefully this is something we will be able to incorporate soon. We do, however, have subtitled screenings on Mondays.

Do you still have the original seats?

Yes, we do. Although we’ve refurbished the cinema, we have managed to preserve many features of the original cinema.

Can teens visit the cinema unaccompanied?

Yes, we welcome teens to come along and enjoy our variety of films, as well as our Teen Screen events on Tuesday at 5:40pm, which includes a milkshake or soft drink with the ticket for only £5.99.

Is the cinema wheelchair accessible?

There is a ramp into the auditorium and we currently have two spaces for wheelchairs but can make more if needed, just let us know in advance.

Is there parking?

We are in the process of making a small car park behind the cinema. Let us know if you have mobility needs and we can try to reserve you a space. Otherwise there is plenty of parking in Longridge.

I don’t have a car, how can I get there?

The number 1 bus from Preston stops right outside the cinema. From Blackburn, the number 35 bus stops a hundred metres up the road, as does the number 5 bus from Clitheroe.

Is the cinema available for private hires?

Yes! We are open for school bookings, birthday parties, graduation ceremonies, company events, amateur dramatics and more. We have a deep stage behind our retractable cinema screen and a newly refurbished workshop space upstairs. We can provide catering for groups and have a licence to serve alcohol.
